For curbside pickups, you must have the items you want us to take at the curb, on the driveway, or in another readily accessible location at a specific time. 

For junk removal, we recommend you or a responsible adult be present when we arrive, pets secured, and a place to park our vehicle safely. Appliances must be emptied and disconnected from utilities (we can help with that). Ideally, there should be a clear path to the items you want us to remove, but we can take care of that (it may increase the cost). 

 

For cleanouts, we require permission and access to the premises. You don’t have to be there because we learned what we need to do during the onsite consultation (however, watching those items disappear is very satisfying). In the case of an attic or garage, we need your presence when we arrive, but you don’t have to stay. 

 

For demolitions, we require a clear path to and from the work site, pets secured, permission, and access. Clearing a path can increase the cost. In the case of interior demolition, you must disconnect utilities before we begin. If permits are required, we can help you navigate the process. 

We explain the entire process during your onsite consultation and can help you prepare.
